Heath Mueller grew up in Yukon, OK. While an undergraduate student at the University of Oklahoma, he competed with the OU Men's Gymnastics' Team. He is a three-time NCAA National Men's Gymnastics' Champion and also an Academic All-American.

His undergraduate degree (2005) from the OU Price School of Business was in the area of finance. He completed his Master’s in Business Administration while concurrently attending the University of Oklahoma Law School (2009).

Heath is admitted to practice before Oklahoma District Courts,  U. S. District Court, Eastern District of Oklahoma and Muscogee (Creek) Nation District Court, Okmulgee, Oklahoma.
